We understand people can build their own website or pay very little to have one built. The question is, do they or you have the time to build and maintain the site?

Monthly Site Maintenance: Will you need changes often like adding or deleting photos, texts, images and links on a monthly basis? The monthly flat maintenance will be needed, listed under each Package Service. This is less costly in the long run if you are making changes on a regular basis. If not, you may just need the **Maintenance Fee: $20/hour with minimum of $20/hour for any changes or modifications to your website as you go.
**Hourly Charges: If you elect the $25/hour charges, we keep accurate records of the amount of time worked on your website. We chart these to each account and will invoice on the 20th of each month. Please read "Terms & Conditions" that will be attached to contract for more information.
Extras Services we provide:
Photo Services: After website has been approved, images taken by ArkyWebWorks will be charged for time allotted to take pics and loading onto website.
